11-22 Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Big 3 & Drivers Side Terminal Kit
For sale we have our 6.7 powerstroke, Big 3 upgrade, as well as a terminal replacement for the drivers side battery. A huge problem on these trucks is the terminals corroding, and/ or breaking over time. We’ve come up with a solution, as well as a major upgrade. As always, our kits start our sign marine grade, tinned oxygen free copper. Highest quality wire we can get our hands on! We use adhesive lined heat shrink, tinned copper lugs, and then we loom everything with durable techflex tightweave, it’s heat resistant and abrasion resistant, to ensure that lifetime guarantee. With our big 3 kit, we set out to greatly increase grounding capability. These trucks have major ground issues from the factory, basically just a lack of. With these kits, we add an additional block ground, from the alternator case, and we also add an additional frame ground to the drivers side, which these trucks do not come with from the factory. We then add an additional alternator cable, and megafuse, all these cables are a massive 1/0. And a huge improvement over factory. You’ll get much more efficient charging, battery life, and no more corrosive battery terminals! And you’ll gain the ability to add on many aftermarket accessories. We offer two terminal styles based on battery type. If you’re running a standard battery, with the factory style caps on it, you’ll have to use the smaller Moroso billet battery terminals. But if you are running an aftermarket battery, without the caps, you can run the bigger 5 lug billet terminals.
These kits do require you to cut your old terminals off, and crimp on new lugs. We provide the lugs and the heat shrink, as well as the tape. You’ll just have to source your own crimper. We would be happy to recommend a few you can get locally, or on Amazon, just shoot us an email.
